We want you to love your luxury find, so we offer a straightforward return process for items that still have their original FASHIONPHILE security tags attached. Items must be postmarked within 15 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Keep Tags Attached

  Ensure the FASHIONPHILE security tag remains intact and attached to the item, as removals or tampering will void the return eligibility.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our authenticators verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
